This website
- No cookies and no tracking. This website sets no cookies, has no analytics and no advertising, and has no forms or accounts. It does not load anything from other websites: no external fonts, scripts, videos or social media widgets. We do not keep our own records of visits.
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data that is needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address and details of your request. Cloudflare does this under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare is based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside the EU and the European Economic Area. The safeguards Cloudflare uses are described in its privacy policy.
- Why. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely and making it available to you.

The links to our Instagram and Facebook pages are plain links. Nothing is loaded from them until you click. After you click, their own privacy policies apply.
When you email us
If you write to us, for example for support or a complaint, we process your email address and the content of your message only to answer you and to deal with your request. Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), which stores the messages for us.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where your message concerns a purchase or a defect, performance of our obligations towards you.
We keep general enquiries for 12 months after the matter is closed. We keep correspondence about purchases, defects and complaints for 3 years after the matter is closed, so that we can deal with any later claim. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under data protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation) you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format where that applies. To use these rights, write to the address above.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
