Privacy Policy – Pairoo
Last updated: 5 November 2026
In short
Pairoo does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party tracking tools in the app. The game works offline. An internet connection is needed only to buy or restore the full version.

What the app does with data
- Nothing is sent to us. Pairoo does not send any data about you or your device to us or to anyone else.
- What stays on your device. The app saves the following on your device only: the language you choose, the card preview setting, whether the full version is unlocked, the animals chosen for the players, and a game in progress so that you can continue it later. We have no access to this information, and it is removed when you delete the app.
- No accounts and no names. You do not create an account or enter a name. In games for several players, players are told apart by pictures of animals.
- No third parties. The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no other software from third parties that collects data.
Purchases
The full version is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store. The purchase and the restoring of a purchase are handled by Apple's system, which needs an internet connection and works under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details, and the app does not send any proof of purchase to us or to anyone else.
Children
Pairoo is made for young children and is offered in the Kids category of the App Store for ages 5 and under. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Before a purchase and before any link that leads out of the app (for example to this policy or to the App Store rating page), the app asks for a simple task that is meant for adults. Websites and services run by other parties that you reach this way (for example the App Store) have their own privacy practices. We recommend that parents review them.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email, for example for support or a complaint, we process your email address and the content of your message only to answer you and to deal with your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where your message concerns a purchase or a defect, performance of our obligations towards you. We keep general enquiries for 12 months after the matter is closed. We keep correspondence about purchases, defects and complaints for 3 years after the matter is closed, so that we can deal with any later claim. After that we delete it. More about the processing on our website and in support is in the website privacy notice.
Your rights
Under data protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation) you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format where that applies. Because the app does not collect personal data, there is nothing in the app that we could look up, change or delete. For email correspondence, write to the address above.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.
Changes
If the app or this policy changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
